  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain the tracking number for reference.

  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a return, we will process your refund or exchange within [number of days] of receipt. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
